Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Associate - TurboTax Store to join a TurboTax location in the United States on a seasonal basis. The role focuses on bringing in new customers, providing full tax return preparation, and delivering personalized financial guidance.

You will work onsite and serve customers in-person and virtually, leveraging your tax expertise and TurboTax tools to build long-term relationships and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted credentials: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses/certificates/permits as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally and engage with prospects.
• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Assist with local events and marketing efforts.
