Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a seasonal Tax Professional in Oklahoma to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide expert support. You will participate in advanced tax training and work with a team to deliver accurate returns.

You will interview clients (in person or virtually), prepare returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships, and help grow the practice by offering additional services. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients using video, phone or chat
• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships
• Assist clients with tax planning and IRS notices
• Support franchise office training and mentorship of junior staff
• Collaborate with team to grow client base and cross-sell services
