Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and tax planning.
• Sales and/or marketing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and via virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention and offer additional services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit notice handling.
• Mentor and support teammates.
