H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence. Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive client-focused environment.
