No prior tax experience required; training starts on day one, and you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to grow as you build tax knowledge and client relationships. In-person role, seasonally through tax season.

Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in service settings.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and information-organizing skills.
• Familiar with AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and assess tax situation.
