H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate tax returns and build lasting client relationships at a local tax office. You will leverage training and technology to help clients navigate complex tax scenarios and uncover savings opportunities.

You will interview clients to understand their financial situations, advise on tax implications, and ensure compliance with IRS and state requirements, contributing to a supportive, results-driven team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required
