H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to assist clients with complex tax situations, preparing returns, and identifying savings opportunities in-person at a local office. You will interview clients, deliver personalized recommendations, and build lasting relationships with clients while leveraging our training and technology.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and adherence to IRS/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in a client-facing, advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
