Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns for clients with diverse tax situations and provide personalized recommendations. You will interview clients to understand their financials, identify tax savings opportunities, and offer related H&R Block products.

Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings opportunities and product recommendations.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
