H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence. You will prepare accurate returns, uncover savings opportunities, and build lasting client relationships, backed by industry-leading training and technology.

Formación

• Complete H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1 year minimum in tax preparation or related field including individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations, including individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings opportunities and recommend H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
