• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations (individuals and businesses).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications and provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings and HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notices, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
