H&R Block is seeking an Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations and prepare accurate returns. You will interview clients, offer personalized recommendations, and identify tax savings opportunities while delivering empathetic, consultative service.

This in-person role is based at a local H&R Block tax office, with industry-leading training, competitive hourly rate, and an incentive plan tied to impact and tax expertise growth.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields, including individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements and have a high school diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications and provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive office environment.
