H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare returns for individuals and businesses at a local office.

You’ll interview clients, explain tax concepts clearly, and spot savings opportunities while delivering trusted service. You’ll work in a supportive team, receive industry-leading training and competitive hourly pay with incentives as you build tax expertise and client relationships in a busy in-person office.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or accounting.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide tax-saving recommendations and explain concepts clearly to clients.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
