Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and complete continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations.
• Provide tax savings recommendations and related HR Block products.
• Offer IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members in a client-focused office.
