Qualifications

• Requires completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and implications
