Formación

• Completed H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 1 year of tax preparation/related experience
• Client-facing, consultative or advisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Continue education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews for tax implications
• Identify tax savings and upsell relevant products
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office
