Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financials and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
