H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns, interview clients, and identify tax savings opportunities, supported by industry-leading training and technology in a local office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns.
• Client-facing, consultative or advisory experience.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings recommendations and educate clients on H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
