Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1+ year experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles and clear tax explanations.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, notices handling, and audit guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and maintain a client-focused office environment.
