H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns for clients with complex tax situations and to build lasting client relationships at a local, in-person tax office in Worcester, MA.

You will interview clients to understand financial situations and implications, provide personalized recommendations, and identify tax savings opportunities while supporting IRS issues as needed.

Competenze

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS and state requirements; education as noted.

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
