You will use training and leading technology to deliver empathetic service, support clients through complex tax situations, and build lasting relationships while ensuring compliance with IRS and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Experience in tax preparation or related fields; familiarity with individual and business returns.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse client situations (individuals and businesses).
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide tax-saving recommendations and cross-sell relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
