Qualifications

• Must pass the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience, including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
