Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field
• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Must complete continuing education and state requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Provide tax savings opportunities and recommend HR Block products
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office
