You will prepare complete and accurate returns, interviewing clients to understand financials and tax implications, and identifying tax savings opportunities with the support of industry-leading training and technology.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment1
• 1 year minimum experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
• Provide personalized recommendations and tax savings opportunities
