H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to interview clients in person and virtually, prepare complete returns, and provide trusted guidance on tax planning and compliance. You’ll join an experienced team that trains you to handle diverse client needs with confidence.

Success requires solid accounting/tax knowledge, strong communication, and a proven ability to mentor teammates while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation for Circular 230).
• Mentor and support teammates.
