The role requires 1–3 years of tax prep experience, familiarity with tax software and MS Office, and PTIN eligibility or intent to obtain one.

• Associate's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of tax preparation experience.
• Proficiency with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proficient in tax software and MS Office.
• PTIN or eligible to receive PTIN.
