Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to deliver tax preparation services at Walmart kiosks. You will interview clients one-on-one, answer walk-in questions, and engage with Walmart customers and staff in a fast-paced setting.

Training will be provided, and you’ll have access to ongoing tax education while enjoying a flexible schedule and strong team leadership. This role offers potential for higher earnings based on performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Resourceful self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills to prepare tax documents.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
