• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tax rules and Walmart processes
• Good basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Work within a Walmart kiosk location to assist clients in one-on-one tax interviews
• Answer questions from walk-ins and proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Collaborate with tax preparers and leadership to ensure quality service
• Handle tax preparation tasks while maintaining autonomy and accountability
• Assist customers with questions and complete tax returns accurately while adhering to policy
