Jackson Hewitt is hiring a Seasonal Tax Preparer to work at a Walmart kiosk. You will conduct one-on-one tax interviews, assist customers and coworkers, and complete the required training with ongoing support from experienced tax preparers.

The role blends teamwork with independent work in a fast-paced retail environment, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to build a larger client base within Walmart.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone
