Responsibilities

• Consultation: Calculate tax liabilities and refunds based on provided information; identify deductions, credits, or exemptions.
• Administrative: Collect and organize tax documents and enter data into tax preparation software.
• Client Management: Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on tax-related matters; record billable time.
