• Consultation: Calculate liabilities and apply deductions, credits, or exemptions; perform reviews and tax research as needed.
• Administrative: Collect and organize tax documents and enter data into tax preparation software.
• Client Management: Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on tax matters; record billable time.
