Responsibilities

• Tax Preparation: Prepare 1040 forms for individual income tax returns and file electronically or by mail; maintain records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Consultation: Calculate tax liabilities and refunds; identify deductions, credits, or exemptions; perform reviews and tax research as needed.
• Administrative: Collect and organize tax documents and enter data into tax preparation software.
• Client Management: Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide guidance; record billable time for invoicing.
