ATC Income Tax in Conyers, GA is hiring for seasonal Managers and Tax Preparers for mid-December through April. No prior tax experience is required; paid training is provided. Training will be held at Marietta or Decatur locations, with positions in Marietta, Lithonia, Decatur and Conyers.

The seasonal start is December 15, 2025, and work typically runs 30–40 hours per week. Compensation is hourly base with weekly bonuses; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous inside or outside sales experience is a must – 1 year minimum
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a must
• Detailed oriented
• Well organized
• Self motivated
• Reliable and punctual
• Proper grammar usage in oral and written correspondence
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Responsabilités

• Build client rapport
• Market tax preparation services to surrounding businesses and community
• Assist in managing retail tax preparation operations
• Tax return preparation (no experience needed, will train)
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Overall office efficiency
