You will earn a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. This position is part-time during peak periods, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach.
