Job summary

Liberty Tax is seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a Liberty Tax office within the Managed Operations structure. You will lead office staff, ensure policy compliance, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role serves as the liaison between the tax office and Regional Leadership. The position focuses on office management, staff supervision, customer service, compliance, and local marketing during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and tax preparation software.
• Minimum 3 years previous tax preparation experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and professional environment.
• Supervise staff including Tax Preparers and administrative personnel.
• Monitor performance metrics and report operational issues.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Lead local marketing strategies to promote office visibility and growth.
• Maintain organized documentation for client files, schedules, and metrics.
