Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Manager/Preparer to work at Walmart kiosks. You will interview clients one-on-one, answer questions from walk-ins, and complete tax preparation training while learning from experienced preparers.

You will engage with Walmart customers and employees, use basic computer skills, and enjoy the autonomy of independent work backed by strong leadership and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Experience working independently with team support and leadership

Responsibilities

• Work within Walmart kiosk locations to assist clients with tax preparation
• Proactively engage Walmart customers and employees
• Provide tax interview services and respond to walk-in questions
• Learn and apply tax preparation training with support from experienced preparers
• Balance autonomy with team collaboration to maximize accuracy and client service
