Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Tax Manager/Preparer to support customers at Walmart kiosk locations. You will conduct one-on-one tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and engage with customers and employees in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work within Walmart kiosk locations.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation.
• Receive support from leadership and experienced preparers.
