Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is hiring a Seasonal Tax Preparer to work at Walmart kiosks. You will interview clients one-on-one, answer walk-in questions, and engage with customers and employees in a fast-paced environment. Training starts early October, and you’ll have access to ongoing tax education and leadership support.

This role offers a flexible schedule, a supportive team, and the potential to grow within a larger network while delivering quality tax services to walk-ins and Walmart customers.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone
• Experience the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of a team, combined with the autonomy of working independently
