Job summary

MBE CPAs in Black Earth, WI is seeking a Seasonal Document Manager to support tax-season operations. The role focuses on organizing documents, preparing client packages, and ensuring deadlines are met, combining document management, admin support, and client service.

You will scan and file documents, update client records, assist with e-filings and project tracking, and provide front-desk coverage as needed.

Qualifications

Previous administrative or records management experience required.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Highly organized with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Support document workflows through scanning, organizing, filing, assembling, and delivering client documents and tax return packages.
Maintain accurate client records, update internal systems, and assist with account setup and administrative processes.
Support tax workflow activities including e-filings, extensions, project tracking, document collection, and deadline management.
Assist clients with document requests, payments, inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Provide administrative support to team members including occasional front desk coverage and office operations as needed.
