Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or support in a high-volume environment.
• Clear, patient, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience providing high-touch chat, messaging, or phone support.
• Technical aptitude with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
• Familiar with tax forms and concepts; ability to explain clearly.
• Proficient with digital tools for document sharing and portals.
• Strong multitasking and organization in fast-paced settings.
• Self-starter mindset and willingness to adapt and improve.

Responsibilities

• Support Pro customers via chat, answer tax questions, and guide through returns.
• Provide warm, patient, and professional responses, even under stress.
• Outreach via messaging and calls as filing deadlines approach.
• Own issues through to resolution and keep customers informed.
• Escalate where needed according to policy and process.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
• Navigate multiple systems to document interactions and resolve issues.
• Share feedback to improve product, processes, and user experience.
