H&R Block in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to work with clients from day one. You’ll gather information, prepare tax returns with training, and explain tax concepts clearly to help clients maximize refunds while staying compliant.

No prior tax experience is required; you’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support from experienced teammates as you build skills and client relationships in a local tax office during peak season.

Competenze

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
