This is an in-person, local office role supporting clients during tax season. No prior tax experience required; eligibility includes completing the H&R Block Income Tax Course and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based assistants like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Availability for part-time hours during tax season.
