Qualifications

Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.
Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information and identify solutions.
Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
Address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
