H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in person at a local tax office in Ohio. No prior tax experience is required, as training and support are provided from day one.

You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns while helping them understand options and opportunities. With strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset, you will identify tax-saving opportunities and work with experienced teammates to ensure accurate filings.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience in service-oriented roles
• Strong communication and questions-based needs assessment
• Problem-solving abilities with information organization
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistants
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
