H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate at a local tax office in Ohio. You will meet with clients, gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with training from day one.

This is an in-person role where you’ll grow tax knowledge and client service skills as part of a collaborative team. You will work with experienced teammates and have opportunities to enhance earnings during peak periods through strong performance and tax knowledge growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach.
