This in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office involves gathering client information, preparing tax returns, and answering questions while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-oriented environment and ability to interact with clients clearly.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and apply tax concepts with training and support.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools.
