Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; ability to explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills; able to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities
