Qualifications

• Completed HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax coursework.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting.
• Clear communication and ability to explain tax info.
• Strong problem-solving and information organizing skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistance.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
