No prior tax experience is required; you will receive training from day one and can increase earnings as you build tax knowledge. Availability for evenings/weekends during tax season is expected.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
