The role is in-person at a local H&R Block office with potential to earn more as tax knowledge grows during peak season. Prior customer service and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving abilities to organize information and identify solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT used for tax support.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
