Qualifications

• Successful completion of a customer-facing service role or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs
• Problem solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations to clients
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products/services
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance from team
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
